Deliver-It with MachShip allows user to automatically send MachShip tracking emails when a consignment is manifested. The tracking emails include key information regarding the consignment details and a direct link to MachShip’s Public Tracking page. The Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) are sent to the Sell-To Email address associated with the consignment. This streamlines communication by allowing recipients to monitor their delivery status in real time.

To enable automatic sending of MachShip tracking emails, navigate to the Deliver-It with MachShip Setup page and locate the Send Tracking Email field. This setting defines the default behavior for tracking notifications across all customer records.

On individual Customer Cards, the Send MachShip Tracking Email field allows you to override the default setup. You can manually adjust this field to suit specific customer preferences.
