You can only delete your consignment if it has not yet been manifested. Once manifested you must contact the carrier to organise a cancellation. You can check whether the consignment has manifested by tracking the consignment and look for the manifested event.

How to delete your Consignment

To delete a consignment:

  1. Open the Shipping Document.
  2. Locate the Delete Consignment action within the Ship-It action group.
