You can reactivate a subscription up until the Period End date. After this date it will be archived, and you will need to purchase a new subscription.

  1. Locate and open the Fenwick Gold Subscriptions page via search.
  2. Locate the canceled subscription highlighted in red labeled Period End Date. Highlight the appropriate record and click on the Product Name to open the record in a subscription card.
  3. Select the Reactivate button located in the ribbon and select Yes to the confirmation dialogue.
  4. If successful, the selected subscription Status will no longer be Pending Cancellation, and the Period End value will no longer be shown in red.
