Australian Business Numbers (ABNs) are an 11-digit number used to identify a business operating within Australia.
The ABN Validator app allows you to easily check the business numbers of customers and vendors are correct, using the Australian Government ABN Lookup service. Validation can be performed for individual cards or in batch.
Automatic ABN search
ABN Validator collects relevant data as soon as the business number is entered. The ABN holder will be automatically be marked as Registered if the ABN status is active.
Proofread legal data
ABN Validator fetches data such as the main name, trading name and status attached to the business number entered. These will allow the user to see any differences between the existing and searched data.
New worksheets for batch validation
The batch worksheets validates all ABNs of the same record type. This will help identify and easily update inactive ABNs.
