Our licensing model is based on a fixed, flat per-user per-month price, calculated according to the total number of enabled users in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with the following license types:
Each app has a different price level for Full User, Team Member, and Device, aligned with Microsoft’s licensing structure.
This approach removes the need to track individual usage. For instance, if your environment includes 50 users, your subscription will be billed for 50 licenses, regardless of how many users actively use the app.
By aligning with Business Central’s licensing, we keep app costs consistent across your organisation and simplify quoting. You can easily estimate the monthly cost by combining Business Central’s pricing with the Fenwick Apps your business needs. Please note, some of our apps, such as Print-It and Pay-It with Stripe, use a per-transaction pricing model instead.
We also offer app packs that deliver greater value by bundling essential tools together. These packs are priced at up to 50% less than purchasing each app individually, making them a cost-effective option expanding your system’s functionality.
