Yes. Customer subscription billing can be cancelled at any time. All subscription management, including cancellations, is handled easily through your Fenwick Apps Subscription page, giving you full control over your apps without needing to contact support.
For subscriptions managed through partners, you can still cancel in the same way through your Fenwick Apps Subscription page. We also recommend informing your partner, so their billing records are updated.

Yes. Some apps, such as Print-It and Pay-It with Stripe, are billed on a per-transaction basis instead of per-user.
Yes, direct partner billing can be established. Please speak to your Business Central Partner if you wish to use this option.
If direct partner billing has been established, partners are invoiced directly for their customers’ app subscriptions, which are linked through the customer’s Microsoft EntraID.
When a partner confirms that a new customer’s Fenwick App Account has been created, we apply a Stripe Coupon. This ensures the customer can get started without providing credit card details.
Each month, Stripe data is used to generate a single invoice for partners covering all their customers. Partners can also choose annual billing, consolidating their customers’ subscriptions into a single yearly invoice, with license increases invoiced monthly prorated.
