Our process is structured to have plenty of conversation and evaluation. This way, you stay in control  of proceedings. At every point we assess whether the partnership is beneficial and mutually determine  if it is worthwhile continuing to the next step.

Your Free Consultation includes:

1. Qualifying meeting

Where we gather high level information about your company and project needs and mutually decide  if and how Fenwick can provide the best value to you.

2. Internal review

Fenwick consultants brainstorm your project, including improvements, benefits and comparison with other similar clients, to consolidate how we can best assist.

3. Pre sales discovery

This is a thorough process where our consultants spend time interviewing your key people at your  place of work. This is crucial so we can fully understand your current situation and exactly what  you require from the project.

4. Discovery review

We present our findings back to you in order to confirm that our understanding and assessment of your requirements are accurate.

The aim of the Free Consultation process is to provide a valuable and meaningful assessment service to you.

There is no charge for any of the above and at the end of it you will have a detailed assessment of your project needs.
